  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (such as product launches or sales), processing may take slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after dispatch (where available).

  • Orders over NZD $70 qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to all countries. 

  • Delivery times vary by destination, usually 7–14 business days after dispatch.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Rates are based on the shipping method chosen and your delivery location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather, or customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We take care in packaging your order securely.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
